About Me:

By day - Dental Hygienist
By night - Jazz Singer

Who are you? I am - in this Life - a student of Song and Theatre and Shamanism. A Craniosacral Therapist. A songwriter. A mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, lover, teacher, director, artist…….. Well, you get the idea.
I have directed The Vagina Monologues for V-Day (vday.org) for five years to raise money for a local women’s shelter and love the idea of theatre as tool for social change.
I sing professionally on a regular basis and will be using voice as a tool for healing in Hospice and Bereavement in this coming year.
I have studied vocal improv with Bobby McFerrin and Rhiannon and studied Radical Aliveness with Richard Moss.
I currently study Shamanism in a program titled “Remembering the Journey of the Soul” with Donna Callahan, who studied with Sandra Ingerman.
I believe we are the eyes and mouths and bodies and voices of the Divine and so nothing we experience is ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’. I do however believe that through inquiry we can reduce violence. The more we know about who we are truly, the less the desire to harm.
I look forward to meeting you.
Blessings and Songs
